《归档文件整理规则》解读——基于新旧规则两个标准的文本分析

文章以新旧规则两个标准文本为分析对象,运用比较研究方法 ,对最新的档案行业标准《归档文件整理规则》进行解读,尤其是对归档文件整理的范围、规范性引用文件、术语和定义、原则、要求、方法等要素的修订重点进行分析。文章还认为,新规则在术语表达、结构编排、要素名称等方面仍存在一些问题,需要进一步修订完善。

This article based on the old and new rules of two standard about the analysis object. By using comparing study method to interpret the latest documentary standard of the Arrangement Rule of Archival Documents, especially about the arrangement of archival documents,new regulations,definitions,terms, principles,requirements,methods and other key elements of the revised analysis.The article also considers that there are still some questions of new rules in the terms of the term expression, structural arrangement and the name of elements, which need to be re-revised.
