法治是实现人权的保障,尊重和保障人权是法治的追求。人权是所有人与生俱来的权利,不分国籍、住所、性别、民族或种族、肤色、宗教、语言或其他身份地位等因素,都平等地且不受歧视地享有人权。这些人权相互联系、相互依赖且不可分割。在法治社会里,人民的各种利益必须也必然通过法律做出具体的和明确的规定,并运用法律的权威来保护。国家法治的发展是实现人权的保障,同时,尊重和保障人权也是法治的价值追求。随着我国法治的发展,人权得到了更加充分的实现和保障。

The rule of law is the guarantee of the realization of human rights. Respecting and protecting human rights are the pursuit of the rule of law. Human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, whatever nationality, place of residence, sex, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, language, or any other status. In society with rule of law, the various rights and interests of the people must be made specifically and clearly by law, and must be guaranteed by law eventually. With the development of the rule of law in our country, human rights has been guaranteed effectively and implemented fully.
