健康教育对神经性皮炎患者生活质量的影响

The Effect of Healthy Education on the Life Quality of Patients with Neurodermatitis

目的:了解健康教育对神经性皮炎患者依从性和生活质量的影响。方法:以皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)量表为调查内容,将140例神经性皮炎患者按就诊顺序分为干预组和对照组,各70例。两组均给予口服枸橼酸地氯雷他定片,8.8 mg,每晚一次;复方氟米松软膏,外用,早晚各1次;复方吲哚美辛酊,外用,瘙痒时使用;每2周电话随访两组患者,4周后复诊,治疗前后均填写DLQI量表;干预组在初诊和随访中给予健康教育。结果 :共有114例患者复诊,其中干预组65例,复诊率92.86%,对照组49例,复诊率70.00%,干预组复诊率高于对照组(P<0.01)。所有神经性皮炎患者的DLQI总平均分为(9.164±3.606)分;治疗前干预组和对照组的DLQI得分分别为(9.369±3.655)分和(8.959±3.565)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后干预组和对照组的DLQI得分分别为(1.677±1.769)分和(2.388±1.902)分,干预组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神经性皮炎中等程度影响了患者的生活质量,联合健康教育能更好地提升患者的依从性和提高患者的生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the effect of healthy education on the compliance and the life quality of patients with neurodermatitis. Methods： 140 Patients with neurodermatitis were assessed with dermatology life quality index （DLQI）. The cases were ordinally divided into the experiment group and the control group. All cases were treated with desloratadine citrate disodium, 8.8 mg,qd, compound flumetasone ointment,b.i.d and compound indomed tincture, applied on itch. All cases were followed up by telephone （once 14 days） and they were requested to return visit after 4 weeks. Additionally, the experiment group was increased by healthy education on preliminary visit and follow-up visit. Results： 114 cases were returned visit, among the experiment group was 65 （92.86%）, the control group was 47 （70.00%）. The return rate of the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. The mean DLQI score of total cases with neurodermatitis was （9.164± 3.606）. The DLQI scores of the experiment group and control group before treatment were （9.3693±3.655） and （8.959± 3.565） respectively, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. The DLQI scores of the experiment group and control group after treatment were （1.677 ± 1.769） and （2.388± 1.902） respectively, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions： Neurodermatits moderately affects the life quality of patients. Combined with health education is better method to promote compliance and life quality of patients.
