The Path of Tibetan College Students' Employment Structure Optimization in the Context of the Development of Non-public Sector of the Economy

非公有制经济加快发展,已成为西藏稳增长、调结构的重要举措,高质量的西藏非公有制经济势必带动西藏市场经济的稳步发展,进而调动西藏人力资源的合理流动与配置。然而,现实中,西藏人力资源流动的结构性缺陷,导致非公有制经济自身发展受到了制约。文章以西藏籍大学生就业问题为切入点,剖析非公有制经济发展瓶颈与西藏籍大学生就业中结构性失衡的互动关系,提出通过加快非公有制经济发展来解决大学生就业结构失衡问题的可能路径。

The development of non-public sector of the economy in Tibet becomes an important action which ad- justs the structure of Tibet＇ s economic development and social comprehensive development. High quality of the non-public economy will definitely drive the steady development of market economy in Tibet, so as to activate the development of the society, thus fully mobilize the rational flow of human resources and configuration of Ti- bet, and at the same time, also provide more platforms for college students＇ employment. Based on this, this arti- cle attempts to analyze the structural imbalance problem in Tibetan college students＇ employment in the context of the development of non-public economy, and then put forward the possibilities of solve this problem.
