摘要
内地西藏班(校)教学模式历经30年的发展,形成了三种典型模式:独立建校教学模式、一校两制教学模式和混和编班教学模式。加强内地西藏班(校)教学模式与内地西藏班(校)民族教育政策的衔接,准确定位内地西藏班(校)培养目标,实施分类指导与分层教学,加强跨文化管理是内地西藏班(校)教学模式改革的趋向与路径。
After 30-year development, the Tibetan classes (schools) in inland China have developed three typical teachings models, they are: the teaching model of independent Tibetan schools, the model of the schools with two systems and the models of blended classes. The trend and path of the teaching model reformation are: to strength- en the link between the teaching model of the Tibetan classes (schools) in inland China and the ethnic education policy, to accurate positioning the training objectives, to implement classified instruction and to strengthen inter- cultural management.
