摘要
高校转型发展是国之所需,社会之所盼。产学研协同创新为应用型人才培养提供了可靠的保障,丰富了教学内容,增加了科技训练,拓展了办学空间,促进了教学质量的提升,既适应了企业"转方式、调结构"的总体形势,又促进了高校的转型发展。高校转型发展体现了应用型人才培养目标,具有实用性、适用性,有利于推动高素质人才培养、丰富实践教学机制,具有重要意义。应从转变办学理念,明确应用技能办学定位;转变学校管理,优化学科专业课程建设;转变培养目标,强化双师型师资队伍建设;转变科研方向,凸显应用技能服务地方;转变办学条件,拓宽产、学、研、用基地建设等几方面促进高校转型发展。
The transformation and development of colleges and universities is the need of the country as well as the hope of the society. The collaborative innovation of research, learning and production provides reliable guarantee for the cultivation of applied talents, enriches the teaching contents, increases the scientific and technological training, expands school space, and promotes teaching quality, which can adapt to the overall situation of "transfer mode, adjust the structure" of enterprises and promote the transformation and development of colleges and universities. The transformation and development of colleges and universities reflects the practical applicability of applied talents training objectives, promotes the cultivation of high-quality talents and enriches the practical teaching mechanism, which is of great significance. It should promote the restructuring and development of colleges and universities by the following measures: change the idea of running schools and clarify the application-oriented skills training; transfer school management and optimize discipline curriculum construction; change training target and strengthen dual-qualification teaching team construction; change the direction of scientific research and highlight to serve the locality by strengthening application skills training; transform school running conditions and broaden the construction of production-learning-research-application base and so on to.
