核基质结合因子SAFB蛋白家族的研究进展

摘要 SAFB(scaffold attachment factor B)是一种核基质结合因子,属于一个核蛋白家族,目前共发现3个家族成员,首先发现的是SAFB1,第二个是SAFB2,第三个是SLTM。SAFB结构上有一些重要的功能域,包括N端DNA结合域(SAF-Box),中部含有RRM(RNA recognition motif),C端富含Glu/Arg和Gly。这些高度保守的区域反映了SAFB在转录和细胞功能中起着非常重要的作用。研究证明,SAFB参与了包括转录调节、RNA剪接、细胞增殖和凋亡、生长发育和繁殖等生物学进程。文章主要对SAFB蛋白家族的结构和生物学功能进行了论述,以期为SAFB蛋白在生物医学领域研究中提供新的方向和思路。
