哺乳动物卵丘细胞凋亡对卵母细胞发育潜能的影响

摘要
在哺乳动物中,细胞死亡主要包含两种不同的形式,一种形式是细胞在生理过程中意外死亡,称为细胞坏死,其作为一种被动性死亡的过程,常见于在不利因素下,细胞的正常代谢活动受损或中断,最终导致细胞受到不同程度的损伤。另一种死亡方式为细胞凋亡,是在基因控制下细胞主动性死亡的过程。就哺乳动物雌性生殖系而言,卵丘细胞通过缝隙连接与卵母细胞形成结构和功能上的一个合胞体,
