晶维他复合液体维生素对蛋肉鸡免疫性能及血液生化指标的影响

Effect of ZooVita liquid multivitamin on the immune performance and blood biochemical indexes of egg laying broilers

为了确定晶维他复合液体维生素的合理给药剂量,试验采用自乳化技术制备了水溶性复合液体维生素,选择1日龄蛋肉鸡300只,随机分成3组,将1 mL晶维他稀释于1.5 L水中,分别采用全天、隔天供应维生素饮水液和全饮纯化水的方式饲喂,试验期为21 d,测定了蛋肉鸡生长性能、免疫器官及血液生化指标。结果表明:自乳化技术处理的晶维他溶于水后分散均匀,能与水以任意比例互溶。适量补充晶维他复合液体维生素能够有效促进钙、磷吸收,增强机体免疫力,提升抗应激能力,降低发病率。但长期过量补充维生素会对肝脏和肾脏造成不良反应,影响机体发育,降低免疫力。

To determine a reasonable dose of ZooVita liquid multivitamin, a self - emulsifying technology was used to prepare water -soluble liq- uid multivitamin. One - day -old 300 egg laying broilers were selected and randomly divided into three groups. 1mL ZooVita plus was diluted in 1.5 L of water, and then the chickens were supplied with drink water with multivitamin and purified water all day or every other day, respectively, and the test lasted for 21 d. The growth performance, immune organ and blood biochemical indices of egg laying broilers were deter-mined, respectively. The results showed that Zoo Vita was uniformly dispersed after ZooVita treated by self- emulsifying technology was dissolved in water, and it could be miscible with water in any propertions. The results indicate that supplementing appropriate amount of ZooVits liquid multivitamin can effectively promote the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, enhance body immunity, improve stress resistance and reduce the morbidity. However, taking long -term excessive vitamin supplements can cause toxic effects to the liver and kidneys, thereby affecting the development of the body and lowering immunity.
