摘要
合成了一种芳香叠氮化合物的活性酯 ,利用该酯催化 4-叠氮基苯甲酸的羧基与牛血清白蛋白的氨基之间的反应形成酰胺键。研究了不同反应时间内 BSA的修饰率及其构象的变化。红外、紫外光谱证实了修饰的结果 ,荧光光谱检测了 BSA构象变化。
A kind of photoactive aryl azide 4 azidobenzoic acid was modified to bovine serum albumin(BSA). This modified BSA could be photochemically immobilized onto polymer materials surface. The ratio of modification of BSA and the conformational change of BSA due to the reaction with active ester were discussed. The experimental results showed that the ratio of modification of BSA increased with the reaction time. The IR data and UV absorption were given to confirm the modification. The synchronous fluorescence spectral verified the conformational change of BSA.
