On the Xi Jinping's Cultural Self-Confidence Concept

党的十八大以来,习近平总书记将"文化自信"阐释为继"道路自信、理论自信、制度自信"后的第四个自信,并发表了一系列关于文化自信的讲话,形成了相对完整的文化自信观。在生成逻辑上,习近平文化自信观主要把握了历史、价值、实践三重逻辑。在内容要点上,习近平文化自信观主要包括了自信之根、自信之魂、自信之力、自信之源、自信之本等五个方面。在意义追寻上,习近平的文化自信观主要体现在传承性意义、方向性意义和发展性意义三个层面。

As our Party＇s General Secretary, Xi Jinping has interpreted Four Confidence since the 18th national congress of Chinese Party of China （CPC）. The Four Confidence, we named them as following： the road confidence, the theory confidence, the system confidence and the cultural confidence. Around the cultural confidence, Xi Jinping launched a series of speeches. Through these explanations, a kind of opinion on cultural self-confidence has formed. About this, we can understand through three aspects. First, we understand it from engendering logic. The concept of cultural self-confidence grasps three logics which include history, value and practice. Second, we understand it from its contents. The concept of cultural self-confidence includes its roots, soul, power and origin. Third, we understand it from its significance. The concept of cultural self-confidence reflects three aspects which including its inheritance significance, directivity significance and development significance.
