邓小平解决中国民族问题思想探析

A Study of Deng Xiaoping's Ideas on Resolution of Ethnic Minority Problems in China

邓小平从中国民族问题实际出发,深刻揭示了中国民族问题的发展规律,提出了解决中国民族问题的方法,构建了解决中国民族问题的思想体系。邓小平解决中国民族问题的思想主要内容包括:消灭民族压迫,消除"两个民族主义",坚持多民族文化认同,反对民族分裂,维护国家统一,坚持民族平等是解决中国民族问题的政治基础;坚持"两个大局",发展民族地区经济,推进民族发展是解决中国民族问题的根本出路;实行民族区域自治,实现少数民族当家做主,培养少数民族干部,给予少数民族特殊政策扶持是解决中国民族问题的基本方法。

On the basis of realities of Ethnic Minority Problems in China, Deng Xiaoping deeply revealed the development rules, proposed solutions and formed an ideological system of such problems. His ideas including： the political foundation to solve the Ethnic Minority Problems are to wipe out national oppression and ＂two nationalism＂（big-nationalities chauvinism and narrow-mind nationalism）, to persist in multi-ethnic culture identity, to oppose to national separatism, to safeguard unity of China and to maintain national equality; the basic paths to solve the ethnic minority problems are to insist ＂Two General Situation＂, to develop ethnic minority regional economy and to advance national development; the fundamental methods to solve the ethnic minority problems are to carry out regional autonomy of ethnic minorities, to realize ethnic minorities making decisions themselves, to cultivate ethnic minorities officials and to provide preferential policies for ethnic minority groups.
