一种新型烧结机滑道的研究与应用

摘要 烧结工作者一直未停止过对降低烧结机漏风率的研究,其中烧结机中部滑道漏风的治理虽取得了一些进步,但一直没有达到理想效果。本文通过对一种新型滑道装置(非刚性无油滑道)的研究与应用,使烧结机滑道漏风率平均降低了9.7%,烧结总管负压平均升高约1.5 kPa,从而使烧结矿产、质量得到一定的提升,而且实现了滑道润滑脂的零消耗。 The sintering workers have never stopped the research on lowering the air leakage of sinter machine, in which some improvements for control of air leakage of the slide seal in the middle part of sinter machine have been made,however,the desirable outcome is not achieved. Through the research and application of a new type of slide seal (non-rigid oil-free slide seal ), the air leakage of the slide seal of sinter machine is reduced by an average of 9. 7%, and the negative pressure of the sintering main pipe increases by an average of 1.5kPa,thus the sinter output and sinter quality are somewhat improved and the zero consumption of the grease for slide seal is realized.
