摘要
为适应环冷机厚料层工况的需要,对环冷机台车的摇臂装置进行分析,以保证摇臂装置的结构强度。以计算仿真学软件ansys为基础,采用有限元法,对该装置进行仿真计算,并根据对仿真计算结果的分析,采用局部结构优化的方法,改善摇臂装置的整体结构强度,为今后的设计及制造提供理论基础。
In order to meet the thick layer working condition of the circular cooler,the rocker device for the pallet of the circular cooler was analyzed to ensure the structural strength of the rocker device. The rocker device was simulated and analyzed by using finite element method based on the computer simulation software ansys platform. According to the result of the simulation computation, the method of local structure optimization was adopted to improve the strength of the whole structure of the rocker device, providing theoretical basis for future design and manufacturing.
