摘要
本文采用Fact Sage热力学软件模拟计算了不同MgO/Al_2O_3比的铁矿粉烧结过程液相生成行为,并且通过试验研究了MgO/Al_2O_3比对含高岭土型和三水铝石型Al_2O_3混合料液相生成特征温度的影响规律。结果表明:烧结液相量随温度升高而增多;MgO/Al_2O_3比从0.5增大到1.8,烧结混合料有效液相开始生成温度降低,有效液相生成终止温度略有升高,完全熔化温度区间增加;适宜的MgO/Al_2O_3比,有利于提高烧结液相生成量。
The liquid phase formation during iron ore sintering process with different different MgO/AI~ 03 ratio was simula- ted and calculated by FactSage software, and the laws of effect of MgO/Al2O3 ratio on the characteristic temperature of liquid phase formation for the kaolinite and gibbsite type Al2O3 mixture were studied through experiments. The results show that the sintering liquid phase volume increases with the increase of temperature. With MgO/Al2O3 ratio increasing from 0. 5 to 1.8 ,the effective initial liquid phase formation temperature of sintering mixture decreases, the effective liquid phase formation ending temperature increases slightly, and the complete melting temperature range increases. Appropriate MgO/Al2O3 ratio is favorable for improving the amount of sintering liquid phase formation.
