摘要
对不同粒级的同一硫酸渣制备的球团进行预热焙烧性能研究。研究结果表明:硫酸渣的粒度越细,球团的预热焙烧温度越低,其能耗也越低。硫酸渣粒度从小于75μm含量69.47%降低到小于25μm含量100%,其球团预热温度从1 150℃降低到1 050℃,焙烧温度从1 320℃降低到1 170℃;硫酸渣的粒度继续降低,其球团的预热、焙烧性能反而开始变差。
Abstract The preheating and roasting performance of pellets made from different size fraction of pyrite cinder was investigated. The results show that, the finer the particle size of the pyrite cinder is, the lower the pellet preheating and roasting temperature is, and the energy consumption is also lower. When the particle size of pyrite cinder decreases from less than 75μm ( accounting for 69.47% ) to less than 25 μm ( accounting for 100% ), the pellet preheating temperature drops from 1 150 ℃ to 1 050 ℃ and the roasting temperature decreases from 1 320 ℃ to 1 170 ℃. However,when the particle size of pyrite cinder keeps reducing ,the preheating and roasting performance of pellets decreases.
