摘要 介绍了国内外钢铁厂含锌粉尘的产出量与组成,以及国内外从钢铁厂含锌烟尘中回收锌的研究工艺现状及存在的问题,提出按照含锌物相不同进行分类处理钢铁厂含锌粉尘,认为钙化焙烧矿相重构-氨浸法回收锌的方法可以作为处理钢铁厂含锌粉尘的新工艺思路。 The make and chemical composition of zinc-bearing dust in the iron and steel plants at home and abroad, as well as the research status and problems existing in recovering zinc from the zinc-beating dust of iron and steel plant at home and abroad were introduced in this paper. It was pointed out that, the zinc-bearing dust should be classified and treated according to different zinc phases in the dust. It is thought that the ore phase restructuring of calcified roasting-recovery of zinc by ammonia leaching process is a new technical idea for zinc-beating dust treatment in iron and steel plants.
