摘要 从余热发电角度出发,对2×150m^2烧结机余热资源的分布情况及热烟气余热回收进行了探讨。针对烧结工序生产不稳定的特点,在改变环冷机余热取风方案的基础上,利用主烟道废气和环冷机烟气进行余热发电,由环冷机余热锅炉对主烟道锅炉产汽进行再热后进入汽轮机发电,采用多热源供汽协同控制,实现了发电系统的可靠运行。采用新方案后外供电量可提高9%左右且总投资减少,项目投资回收期缩短。本文从工艺设计角度对设备选型及参数确定进行了详细介绍与分析,以供同行参考。 From the perspective of waste heat power generation, the distribution of the waste heat resources of 2×150m^2 sinter machine and the waste heat recovery of hot flue gas were discussed. According to the characteristics of sintering process and production instability, and based on changing waste heat collection scheme of circular cooler, the waste heat power generation is realized by utilizing the waste gas of sintering collecting main and flue gas of circular cooler,the steam produced by the boiler of the collecting main enters the steam turbine generator after it is reheated by the waste heat boiler of circular cooler,cooperative control is realized by gas supply of multi-heat source, and reliable operation of power generation system is realized. After adoption of the new scheme the external power supply can be increased by about 9%, the total investment decreases, and the payback peri- od of project investment is also shortened. From the angle of process design, equipment selection and parameter determination are analyzed in detail for the peer reference.
