煤炭双向索道运输方案及液压系统设计

Design of bidirectional cableway coal transport scheme and its hydraulic system

摘要 介绍了用于复杂地形煤炭运输的双向索道运输系统整体方案,阐述了系统的组成和工作原理,通过计算确定钢丝绳、卷筒及减速器等主要参数。根据系统的技术要求,设计了液压系统回路,并确定了主要元件的技术参数。此运输系统不仅结构简单、自动化程度高,并能适合恶劣的地形环境,而且由于往复式设计大大提高了运输效率,具有很好地推广应用价值。 The paper introduced the whole scheme of the bidirectional cableway coal transport system used in complex terrain, and elaborated its composition and working principle. It also determined the main parameters of the steel rope, drum and reducer etc after calculation. In addition, according to the technical requirements of the system, the paper designed the circuit of the hydraulic system and determined the technical parameters of main components. The transport system was characterized by simple structure, high automation level and adaptability of severe terrain. Since its reciprocating design greatly enhanced the transport efficiency, it possessed excellent spread and application value.
