摘要
针对王坡矿选煤厂原加介系统存在的密度调节时间过长、加介不及时、介耗高等问题,在分析现场常用加介方式的基础上,结合王坡矿选煤厂现有的工艺系统、设备布置、空间结构,提出了将预先配比好的浓介直接加入到介质循环系统中的加介系统改造方案。改造后王坡矿选煤厂系统运转良好,大大缩短了介质系统密度的调节时间,提高了加介效率和灵敏度,同时还降低了介耗,有效控制了加介过程中系统跑煤与回收率低等问题,减轻了加介工的劳动强度。
There are lots of problems in Wang Po Mine Coal Preparation Plant, such as long cycle of medium dosing period, delay of medium suppln view of the existing problems in original medium dosing system of the coal washery of Wangpo Mine such as long duration of medium density adjustment, delay of medium supplement and large amount of medium consumption, after analyzing the common medium dosing method in scene, the paper overall considered the current process, equipment layout and spatial structure in the coal washery of Wangpo Mine, and proposed the improvement scheme of the medium dosing system involved directly adding prepared dense medium in advance into the medium cycle system. After improvement, the medium dosing system operated better, the duration of medium density adjustment greatly shortened, and both the medium dosing efficiency and the sensitiveness enhanced. In addition, the medium consumption reduced, and coal leakage and low recovery during medium dosing process were effectively controlled, thus the labor intensity of workers relieved.
