摘要
总结了目前国内高炉的主要溜槽结构形式以及高炉工况对溜槽寿命的影响,提出了相应的改进建议,并自行设计了一种新型陶瓷溜槽。该陶瓷溜槽具有耐磨性较高且成本低的特点,为今后溜槽技术改进提供了有益的借鉴。
The paper summarized main structural style of the chute of domestic blast fumace and the influence of the operation mode of the blast furnace on the lifespan of the chute, and proposed corresponding suggestions. In addition, a new-type ceramic chute characterized by excellent wear resistance performance and low cost was independently designed. It was a future technical improvement direction of the chute.
