摘要
由于传统石灰回转窑选型方法没有充分考虑燃料特性,造成回转窑选型缺乏针对性,为此笔者以石灰回转窑内高温烟气与石灰石辐射换热及对流换热的理论为基础,完成了一套基于传热理论的石灰回转窑规格选型的计算方法,并把该方法编制成一套计算软件,用在高海拔、低热值燃料的回转窑选型中,该方法计算更加贴近实际,规格选型更加合理,并在实际运用中取得了不错的效果,具有较好的实用价值。
Since the fuel features not being taken into account during traditional sizing method of the lime rotary kiln, the sizing of the rotary kiln lacks pertinence. In the paper, based on the theory of thermal radiation and convection of high-temperature flue gas and limestone, a set of calculation method for sizing of the lime rotary kiln based on thermal transfer theory was completed, and then the method was programmed into a set of calculation software. The application of the method to the sizing of the rotary kiln fed with low calorific value fuel at high altitude brought about calculation being closer to the fact and sizing more reasonable, and excellent effects were achieved in practical application. The method possessed excellent practical value.
