摘要
展成磨齿机的砂轮磨削角为αs,当被磨削渐开线圆柱齿轮分度圆法向压力角αn不同于砂轮磨削角αs时,通过参数换算得出αjn=αs时的磨削节圆直径dj和磨削节圆螺旋角βj,使操作复杂的展成磨齿机可以磨削不同法向模数mn、不同分度圆法向压力角αn及不同齿数z等各类渐开线圆柱齿轮,减少更换修整磨削砂轮时间及工件的中间检测调整次数,提高展成磨齿机的综合效率。
The grinding angle of the grinding wheel was as, while the normal pressure angle an of the pitch circle of the involute cylindrical gear to be ground differed from αn, parameter conversion was conducted to calculate the diameter dj and the helical angleβj of the grinding pitch circle while αjn = as, thus the complicatedlyoperated generating gear grinding machine could be used to machine the involute cylindrical gear with various normal module ran, various normal pressure angle αn of the pitch circle and various tooth number z. So both the repair duration of the grinding wheel and the adjustment number reduced, and the comprehensive efficiency of the generating gear grinding machine increased.
