Advances in the genetics of systemic lupus erythematosus

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是儿童经典的风湿免疫性疾病。其发病机制复杂,与多基因遗传及基因多态性有关。感染诱发、遗传易感性、表观遗传、机体免疫异常及环境因素等对疾病的发生发展均起重要作用。新一代遗传学技术的开展,对确定SLE的易感基因,为多基因遗传病的临床研究提供了新的手段。 Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)is a classical pediatric rheumatic autoimmune disease. The pathogenesis of SLE is associated with multiple genes and gene polymorphism. Infections, genetic predisposition, epige- netic, immune abnormalities and environmental factors play an important role. With the development of genetic technology,it provides a new method to determine the susceptibility genes and clinical research in SLE.
