缺血预处理对肾脏保护作用的临床研究进展

摘要 缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)是指缺血组织或器官重新获得血液灌注后反而导致该组织细胞受损的现象。肾IRI不仅是心脏、腹主动脉等手术后并发急性肾损伤(AKI)的重要因素,影响手术后患者恢复和预后,而且与包括肾移植在内的肾脏手术后肾功能恢复也密切相关。但目前临床缺乏保护肾IRI和改善患者预后的有效干预措施。
