利益相关者视角下“苏荷模式”发展研究

Research on "SOHO Mode" Development: Stakeholder Perspectives

针对"苏荷模式"发展中利益相关者问题的提出,界定"苏荷模式"的概念,分析"苏荷模式"在工业遗产保护中的应用过程,进而选用"罗列式分类"确定"苏荷模式"中的利益相关者,并厘清其相互关系,建立关系模型。列出具有利益冲突关系的利益相关者,分别是当地政府与保护群体,当地政府与社区居民,当地政府、开发商与艺术家,旅游者与经营者。结合利益冲突,提出发展策略,调控并缓解利益冲突,从而促进"苏荷模式"的健康发展。

According to the problems among stakeholders in ＂SOHO Mode＂ development, this paper clarified the concept of ＂SOHO Mode＂, analyzed its appliances process in industry heritage conservation, and identified the stakeholders of ＂SOHO Mode＂ with ＂List Classification＂ and untangle mutual relations among them to establish stakeholder relationship model This paper came up with development strategies to regulate and buffer stakeholder conflict, thus promoting healthy development of ＂SOHO Mode＂.
