传统小村落的大保护观——以贵州为例

The Macro Protection of Traditional Chinese Villages: A Case Study of Guizhou

目前传统村落的保护多自上而下、由外到内进行,以政策、行政管理、技术等为支撑,传统村落的发展则多为自下而上、由内向外,以市场、资金、项目等来推动,保护往往滞后于发展,而具体实施工作却要将两者在聚光灯和放大镜下达到普遍认同,在欠发达、资源密集地区难度非常大。针对这一现象,通过对贵州省传统村落的大量调研和实践总结,提出了传统村落大保护观的思路和建议。

At present, the protection of Chinese traditional village is still top-down and from outside to inside, with policy, administration, technology and so on as the support, while the development of the Chinese traditional villages is bottom-up, from the inside out to the market, capital, projects and other promotion. Usually protection tends to lag behind development. The concrete implementation of protection and development work should be both in the spotlight and a magnifying glass to achieve universal recognition of the balance which is very difficult to achieve in underdeveloped, resource intensive areas. To this phenomenon, the authors propose the ideas and suggestions for the macro protection of the Chinese traditional villages through a lot of research and practice of Chinese traditional villages in Guizhou province.
