Synthesis and Characterization of CdS Nanotube Array

摘要 CdS is an important semiconductor material, and has received much attention. In this paper, we reported a sol gel method for synthesis of CdS nanotube arrays which has not been reported yet. The products were characterized by SEM, TEM and EDS. The CdS nanotube is about 60μm in length, and about 100nm in diameter corresponding to that of the alumina template. The further research is under way. CdS is an important semiconductor material, and has received much attention.
