摘要
介绍了某大体积混凝土斜墙面施工过程中脚手架及模板体系在浇筑过程中的受力试验分析。主要介绍不同的脚手架支模体系的形式和特点。同时,在施工过程中为保证体系的安全性,进行了针对该脚手架体系模型试验的监测与控制。针对脚手架斜杆,立杆的轴力、位移等不同参数进行测量与控制。阐述了进行监测控制的方法、设备、测点布置以及测量数据的处理等,形成完整的监测控制结果,对施工过程的安全性起到了指导意义。
In this paper, the formwork support system monitoring testing during mass special-shaped concrete pouring is introduced, especially the engineering characteristics. At the same time, in order to ensure the security of this system, the monitoring and control of axial force, beam deflection and the shift of the whole system during the construction process are implemented. Also, the method, instruments, layout of measure points and the processing of measured data are introduced. The results of measurement guide the construction of this building.
