摘要
某会展中心钢结构工程入口大厅门柱为大截面、大倾角、超高的三肢组合钢结构格构柱,通过对格构柱临时支撑塔架设计与施工变形模拟分析,采用步进式法将格构柱安装分为2步,并设计格构柱倾角调节固定装置,创新性地研发了超大超高倾斜格构柱步进式安装技术。该技术安全性高、操作简便、精度高、速度快,取得了良好的经济和社会效益,有力保证了钢结构工程顺利施工。
The steel post of a convention and exhibition center entrance hall is large section, large dip angle and super-tall three limb combination lattice column. Through design for lattice column temporary support frame and simulation analysis for construction deformation, the step by step installation technology for super-large and super-tall inclined lattice column is researched innovatively, meanwhile, the angle adjusting fixing device for lattice column is designed. This technology has high security, convenient operation, high precision and fast speed, which has gotten excellent social and economical benefit.
