摘要
盾构斜井防水不仅关系到斜井使用功能的正常发挥,而且关系到斜井使用期限的长短。以神华新街台格庙矿区斜井工程的实施为工程背景,介绍了盾构斜井管片接缝的防水设计,并设计制作了T形模拟耐水压试验装置,进行了盾构斜井管片接缝防水的模拟试验研究。通过试验验证了本项目中的弹性密封垫防水性能满足设计要求。
Waterproof is very important in the shield shaft. It is not only related to the normal use of the shaft, but also to the use period of it. In this paper, taking a inclined shaft engineering for example, the waterproof design of the segment joint was introduced. Meanwhile, the experimental device was designed and the experimental research was done of inclined shaft segment joint in shield. The test verifies that the elastic gasket waterproof performance can meet design requirement.
