摘要
异荭草素是一种木犀草素糖苷类黄酮化合物,存在于多种药用植物中。异荭草素具有多种药理活性,如抗氧化、抑制炎症发展、改善胰岛素抵抗、弱化肝纤维化发展以及诱导肝癌细胞凋亡等。本文综述了近几年来异荭草素药理作用及相应机制研究的进展,并对如何推进异荭草素在肝癌治疗领域的应用提出了建议和展望。
As a C-glycosylation flavonoid of luteolin,isoorientin is one of the bioactive ingredients from many medical plants. Isoorientin possesses multiple pharmacological activities,including anti-oxidative,inflammation inhibition,insulin resistance improvement,liver fibrosis attenuation,and hepatic carcinoma apoptosis,et al. The present review summarized the advances in pharmacological effects and molecular mechanisms of isoorientin in recent years. How to promote the applications of isoorientin in liver cancer treatment was also discussed.
