Application progress of transoral robotic surgery in treatment of laryngeal cancer

摘要 经口机器人手术(transoral robotic surgery,TORS)在喉癌外科治疗中的应用,推动着微创外科向前不断发展。这种方法是基于口咽激光显微(transoral laser microsurgery,TLM)切除喉癌的技术上,TORS是TLM技术的延伸,TORS能提供高清晰度的三维图像, Transoral robotic surgery(TORS) with the Da Vinci robot has been used for the removal of laryngeal cancer, which can improve functional and aesthetic outcomes without worsening survival. We reviews the composition of the robotic surgical system, unique advantages, potential applications and limitations of existing solutions and prospects in Surgery for laryngeal cancer. Major technical improvements are expected. Smaller, more ergonomic, new-generation robots adapted to the head and neck will probably be available in the near future.
