摘要 开发了一款基于软磁复合材料(SMC)的电动机,为减小高频时的铁心损耗,电机的定子铁心采用软磁复合材料一次加工成型,转子采用Halbach磁路结构,通过有限元分析,对转子磁轭厚度进行了优化,实现了电机转子的轻量化设计。经样机试验验证,该电机各项性能指标与设计值吻合良好。 In this paper an electrical machine was developed,the stator of the motor was manufactured with soft magnetic composite( SMC) materials in order to reduce the losses of iron at high frequency,and the PM rotor had Halbach array.By finite element analysis the thickness of the yoke was optimized,these made the motor lighter. And finally the motor was manufactured and the experimental test was conducted. The test results supporting conclusions from analysis were given.
