车用交流发电机整机的模态分析与试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 根据某一类型爪极发电机的基本尺寸,建立发电机的整机三维模型,并且利用Hyper Mesh软件对其进行网格划分,用有限元法对电机的整机模型进行模态分析,确定振型和固有频率,最终通过试验方式验证了仿真结果的正确性,以及电机的5阶模态对噪声和振动的贡献最大。由此建立了一整套较为完整分析流程,为进一步对同类别发电机电磁噪声问题研究奠定了一定基础,具有一定的工程应用价值。 According to the basic size of some kind of claw- pole generator,a three- dimensional model of the generator was built and it imported into Hyper Mesh software in order to mesh grid in the paper. Finite element method was used to make modal analysis in order to determine vibration mode and calculate the natural frequency. Finally,correctness of the simulation results and the 5th order modal of the most of contribution to the noise and vibration of generator are proved in experiment. So a set of relatively complete analysis process lays certain foundation to further research electromagnetic noise of generator in the same category and has certain engineering application value.
