摘要 自来水管道中存在大量传感器需要对其供电,而其本身的电池存在电量不足的问题,对此设计出一种微型管道流体发电机,利用管道自身的流体流动产生的势能带动涡轮机进行发电。通过ANSYS软件中的流体机械及流体计算模块CFX设计出涡轮机模型,并计算得出输出功率约为100 W;同时利用电磁设计软件Maxwell设计出与涡轮机匹配的永磁同步发电机,得到三相交流电,从而解决了管道传感器的供电问题。 Numerous sensors in water pipeline need to be powering,however,the battery included has its own shortcoming: the lack of electricity,thus a micro pipe- flow generator was designed,using its own potential energy in pipeline to drive a turbine to generate electricity. By using the fluid mechanical and fluid calculate modules in ANSYS software,a turbine model was designed and the output power was calculated which was 100 W. Meanwhile,a permanent magnet synchronous generator that match the turbine was designed by Maxwell software,producing a three- phase alternating current eventually,so as to solve the power problem pipeline sensor.
