摘要
小浪底水利枢纽泥沙问题突出,运用方式十分复杂,实际运用条件与设计相比发生了较大变化。通过对小浪底水利枢纽蓄水运用以来在防洪、防凌、减淤、供水调度运用等方面进行总结回顾,阐述了有关方面通力协作,通过跟踪研究和试验探索,科学制定枢纽防洪、防凌、减淤、供水等运用方式,并指导调度运用,使小浪底水利枢纽发挥了巨大的社会效益和经济效益,各项效益均超过设计指标。
The sediment issue of the Xiaolangdi Multipurpose Dam Project is serious and the operational mode is very complicated. Big changes have taken place of the actual use conditions comparing with the design conditions. Through the summary and review of the Xiaolangdi Multipurpose Dam Project since impounding for flood control,ice prevention,sedimentation reduction,water supply and regulation,this paper analyzed the unity cooperation,by tracing study and experimental exploration,to formulate the operational modes such as flood control,ice prevention,sedimentation reduction,water supply and guide the operation,which made the Xiaolangdi Multipurpose Dam Project producing huge social and economic benefits and all the benefits were more than that of the design.
