摘要
针对汽车电站产品策划的特点,从顾客需求的内涵、需求获取的方法及来源、需求转换、需求映射模型以及需求转换结果评价等方面进行了研究。提出了质量功能配置方法和多维需求映射模型,对汽车电站自主开发产品的策划具有指导意义。
