我军武器装备运输性问题及对策研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着高新技术的迅猛发展,我军武器装备呈现模块化、单元化、体系化、智能化的发展趋势,装备作战性能越来越好,但超限装备却越来越多、运输性能越来越差。为解决这一现实问题,首先从几何参数、物理参数、通过性能、机械环境条件、运输环境条件、危险、包装、装卸加固等方面分析了影响武器装备运输性的主要因素;接着梳理了我军武器装备运输性存在的问题,并分析了存在问题的主要原因;最后,从建立运输性管理机构、完善运输性法规标准、规范运输性评估体系和严格运输性过程管理等4个方面提出了提高武器装备运输性的对策建议。 With the rapid development of high technology,modularization,unitization and systematization have become a trend of weapons and equipments of the PLA as a whole.Equipment operational performance is getting better,while equipment is more and more over-limited and transportation performance becomes worse.To solve out these problems,first of all,the paper analyzes the main factors influencing the transportability of weapons and equipments which include geometric parameters,physical parameters,performance,mechanical environment,transportation,environment condition,risks,packing,loading and unloading.Then,the paper sorts the problems existing in these respects and analyzes the reasons.Last but not least,the paper brings out the countermeasures and suggestions on how to enhance the transportability of weapons and equipments in four respects which include establishing transportation management institutions,perfecting transportation regulations,standards and specifications,regulating transportability assessment system and strictly carrying out process management.
