摘要 装备建设发展对军事代表能力素质提出了更高要求。结合胜任力模型对总军事代表能力素质进行了研究,在问卷调查和专家座谈的基础上,从初始数据库筛选出18项总军事代表胜任力特征,经过2次探索性因子分析,形成了涵盖业务能力、个人特质、管理技能、政治素养4个维度的总军事代表胜任力模型,建立了符合总军事代表工作实际的能力素质标准。 Equipment development raises higher requirements on the competency and quality for military representatives.The paper studies on this respect in combination with competency model.On the basis of questionnaire investigation and expert discussion,the paper selected 18 competency features of chief military representative in the initial database.Through two exploratory factor analyses,the paper creates the competency model for chief military representative in four dimensions which include business ability,personal characteristics,management skills and political quality.Therefore,a standard for actual competency and quality for chief military representative has been set.
