Operation of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle and International Laws

无人机作为未来战场的重要武装力量,改变了常规战争的作战方式,对武装冲突法的使用武力规则和基本原则带来了很大的冲击和挑战。然而,无人机应当在国际法的制约下开展作战行动,无人机的使用应当合乎国际法律规范,中国应积极推动国际社会在军控领域制定无人机作战的准则。

Unmanned aerial vehicle（UAV）is one of important forces in future battlefield,which has changed the operational mode of conventional war and brought big impact and challenge to the rule of using force and basic principles of law of armed conflict.However,UAV shall carry out the operation under the restriction of international law and the use of UAV should conform to relevant international legal norms.China should actively promote the international community to make UAV operation guidelines in the field of military control.
