一种远程标绘指挥方法

摘要 在山区林地等地区的抢险救灾过程中,后方指挥与前方行动端之间,用语言文字沟通易发生理解的偏差,延缓救援行动,甚至产生不可挽回的后果。为解决该问题,研究了基于远程标绘的抢险救灾远程指挥方法——指挥人员在指挥平台绘制精确的行动信息,行动人员依据行动端同步显示的行动指令开展救援。为此,通过采用基于模糊形状模型(BSM)特征的图符识别手绘标绘方法、基于TCP协议的多客户端通信机制和三维态势显示技术,建立了原型系统。经实验验证,该方法可有效解决远程指挥问题。 In the process of rescue and disaster relief in areas like mountain woodlands,in the communication process between rear command post and frontline action unit,voice and text communication is easy to cause deviation of understanding,delay the rescue operation,and even bring irreversible consequences.To solve this issue,the paper studies on rescue and disaster relief command method based on remote plotting:the command crew draws accurate action instruction on command platform and the operational staff carry out the rescue based on the action instructions synchronously displayed at action side.Therefore,through using hand plotting method based on characteristics of blurred shape model(BSM),multi-client communication mechanism and three dimensional display technology,aprototype system has been established.The experimental result shows that,this method can effectively solve the issues of the remote command.
