技术进步如何影响我国产品质量？--基于劳动倦怠视角的实证研究

How Technological Advances Affect the Quality of the Products:Based on Labor Burnout Empirical Research Perspective

新常态下制造业企业必须进行产品质量升级,以应对低附加值产品低销售、低利润与不断提高的劳动力成本之间的矛盾,制造业企业员工如何在推动企业转型升级中发挥作用是一个值得研究的问题。文章以员工劳动倦怠为切入点,在区分产品的生产质量和技术质量的基础上,根据2015年中国制造业企业"转型升级、提质增效"企业-员工匹配调查的数据,实证考察了技术进步、劳动倦怠与产品质量之间的相互影响机制。通过实证分析可以得到如下结论:企业一线员工的劳动倦怠程度对产品质量的影响有显著的负效应,技术进步可以使员工劳动倦怠对产品质量的影响降低。当产品质量因主要受到技术进步影响而提高时,劳动倦怠对产品质量的影响不大,而在产品技术质量较低时,一线员工的劳动倦怠程度对以生产质量为主导的产品质量有显著负向影响。

Under a slowing economics growth,manufacturing enterprises have to upgrade the product quality,to cope with low value-added products sales profits and the contradiction between the increasing Labor costs, manufacturing enterprise staff how to play a role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of enterprise mechanism is a question worth studying. Based on employees＇work burnout as the breakthrough point,in the production of the product quality as divided into product production and product quality on the basis of technical quality,according to a 2015 manufacturing enterprises in Guangdong province “transformation and upgrading,mass transfer efficiency”enterprise-employees matching survey data, the empirical examines the technology progress and labor burnout and the interaction mechanism between the quality of the product. Through empirical analysis can get the following conclusion：enterprises frontline staff＇s working burnout degree is higher,the quality of our products have significant negative effects,the influence of the technological progress can reduce staff labor burnout on the quality of the product.When product quality because of mainly affected by the technological progress and improve,work burnout on the quality of the product is not big,but in the product technical quality is low,a line of employees work burnout level on quality for production of the leading product quality has significantly negative effect.
