经济增长数量与质量的耦合分析——基于湖北省2003-2013年统计数据的实证研究

Coupling Analysis of the Quantity and Quality of Economic Growth of Hubei Province:An Empirical Research Based on Statistical Data from 2003-2013

从经济增长的效率、结构、稳定性、福利变化、科技创新、生态环境六个方面构建指标体系,采用熵值法测度了2003-2013年间湖北省经济增长的数量与质量,并运用耦合模型测度了这11年间湖北省经济增长的发展度与协调度。通过对湖北省经济增长的耦合分析,得出了当前湖北省经济仍处于数量增长强于质量增长阶段的结论。根据这一结论,结合适宜性跃迁理论及新常态的时代背景,提出了提高人民福利水平、不断优化和调整产业结构、缩小城乡收入差距、加大科技创新投入等促进经济增长的数量与质量协调发展的政策建议。

This article builds index system from the efficiency of economic growth,the structure of economic,the stability of economic growth,the welfare changes,technological innovation and the ecological environment.Then the author uses entropy evaluation method to measure the quantity and quality of economic growth of Hubei province.After that,the author uses coupling model to measure the development index and the coordination index of the economic growth of Hubei province from 2003-2013.On the basis of this conclusion,combining suitability transition theory and in the context of“New Normal”,we put forward following policy proposals,including improving people＇s welfare, constantly optimizing and adj usting the industrial structure, narrowing the urban-rural income disparity and increasing the input in science and technology innovation to promote the coordinated development of the economic growth in quantity and quality.
