Existing problems and countermeasures in the implementation of award subsidy policy of “one case one project”in the rural areas——Cases analysis of Zhenghe County

分析政和县几年来实施"一事一议"奖补政策所取得的成绩、经验和存在的主要问题,从有效推进农村民主管理、改善农村生产和生活条件等方面提出促进新农村建设发展的对策。

In this paper,the achievements,experience and existing problems during the implementation of award subsidy policy of ＂one case one project＂in Zhenghe County in recent years were analyzed,and some countermeasures to promote the construction and development of new countryside were put forward from the aspects of effectively promoting the democratic management in rural areas,improving the productive and living conditions in rural areas,and so on.
