The doctorial training mode of Australian Cooperative Research Center stresses transporting advanced application talents for the enterprise on the needs of the end users through the cooperation of government , industry , university and research institute .After years of development , its training mode is gradually perfected .Through the introduction of its training objectives , training path, profes-sional development measures , quality assurance and training effect , this paper summarizes the training model and presents these char-acteristics：the government playing a role of leading and safeguarding in the PhD graduates , paying attention to the cooperation of rele-vant departments , focusing on doctors＇vocational skills training , training graduates to prepare for the enterprise , etc., which has laid great enlightenment to the doctorial training mode in China .
