血清Legumain在急性冠脉综合征患者中的变化 被引量：4

摘要 目的检测血清Legumain在急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者的变化,探讨Legumain与冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块的关系。方法用ELISA法测定100例ACS、50例稳定心绞痛(SAP)、15例对照组(CG)外周静脉血清Legumain水平。结果 (1)入院时静脉血清Legumain水平ACS>SAP>CG,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)治疗1周后血清Legumain在ACS和SAP组均较入院时明显下降(P<0.05),但仍高于CG组(P<0.05);(3)入院时Legumain与组织蛋白酶L、高敏C反应蛋白呈正相关(P<0.05);(4)入院时Legumain<16.4μg/L可基本排除ACS。结论 Legumain可能参与了ACS患者炎症过程、影响斑块的稳定性,有望作为临床ACS病情监测及疗效评估的指标。
