他汀类药物的多效性在慢性心力衰竭中作用的研究进展 被引量：23

摘要 慢性心力衰竭（简称心衰）为各种心脏疾病的严重和终末阶段,最新指南推荐神经内分泌拮抗剂治疗,如血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂（angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor,ACEI）或血管紧张素受体阻滞剂（angiotensin receptor blockers,ARBs）、β受体阻滞剂和醛固酮受体拮抗剂等的联用可降低慢性心衰的病死率和致残率。
