IL-22及肠道干细胞在肠黏膜屏障中的作用 被引量:5

摘要 肠道担负着消化、吸收、内分泌、防御等功能,而隐窝底部肠道干细胞(intestinal stem cells,ISCs)的增殖、分化是肠道肠黏膜更新的主要细胞学基础。当肠道受到外界损伤时,ISCs可以促进肠道结构与功能的修复,对维持肠道屏障结构和功能的完整性具有重要作用。
