摘要
研究了硫化体系、防老体系、填充体系对天然橡胶(NR)硫化胶长期热老化性能的影响。结果表明,采用有效硫化体系硫化胶的耐热老化性能最优,硫含量越低,则耐热老化性能越好。经70℃、42 d热老化后,NR硫化胶回弹性无明显变化,压缩永久变形减小,10%应变下的模量增大。随着防老剂用量增大,耐热老化性能提高,改变防老剂配比可改善耐热老化性能。不同类型填料对耐热老化性能无明显影响,白炭黑加硅烷偶联剂Si69的配合体系会使耐热老化性能下降。
The effect of curing system, anti-aging system and filler system on the long term thermal-aging property of Nature Rubber Vulcanizates was investigated. The results showed that, the thermal aging resistance with EV curing system is best. Reducing the sulfur content made the thermal aging resistance better. The rebound resilience had no obvious change, the compression set decreased and the modulus at 10% strain increased after 70 ~(~,42 d thermal aging testing. The thermal aging resistance improved with the anti-aging agents content increasing. Changing the ratio of different types of anti-aging agents could improve the thermal aging resistance. There was no obvious effect of different fillers on the thermal aging property. Silica and Si69 weakened the thermal aging pertbrmance.
